Welcome to the forums.
When exporting which options are you selecting and what is becoming blurry ?, I've just done a quick export to .PNG and it looks OK, however I'm missing a font style.
That's what I've been doing. Still fuzzy. I'm onto another project and still can't get a clear export.

I'm making a simple twitter header. All text on a colored background. File size is 1500x500. No matter what I export at it's blurry and looks terrible. I HAVE to be doing something wrong. I have attached the file. headerblog.afdesign

It's also not so much that the file looks bad. It looks bad only when uploaded. It's fine on the desktop/when opened.
