1) This is an issue i have since 1,5 years: sometimes (almost 40% of the time) i open AFD the first time of the day the palettes are not shown. 2) The "Last opened Files" is always empty — always! Mac OS X El Capitan: 10.11.6 (15G22010) Affinity Designer / Photo: 1.7.1
