Saludos
Espero haberte ayudado,
Saludos!

You can try this...
Reset To Factory defaults
Launch the app with ⌃(ctrl) held down until a Clear User Data dialog appears. Press the Select All button then press the Clear button.
Note this will reset everything to app defaults - user preferences, palettes, macros, everything. If you want to reset just the UI and user prefs leave just the first three checkboxes ticked and press the Clear button.
Thank you very much!! This worked! Thank you very much

Have you used a second monitor with your Mac in the past & in Separated mode placed the toolbars on that monitor? If so, it may be that they are still there even when that second monitor no longer is actually connected. To test/fix this, try connecting a second monitor again & if the toolbars appear on it, drag them back onto the Mac's screen. Then disconnect the second monitor & the toolbars should still be on the Mac's screen.
thank you very much for your answer! I don't use a second monitor.

Hi baal_uriel
Sorry to see you're having trouble! Could you please go to Window>Separated Mode and untick this option for me. Does this now show your Context Toolbar and top Toolbar?
Thanks in advance!
Thank you very much for your answer Dan. This worked! But I use the separeted mode and the bars were there

These are really fun! So amazing that a client actually commissioned an illustrator for doing custom schoolbook labels for their kids!

Thanks for your comment! Here in Venezuela is very common for an illustrator to do this type of work, in fact, my wife is the one that does this type of work, but she is so full of work, that I had to help her with this two.

It isn't completely clear what you want to do but for example, if you have a bunch of jpeg or other raster image files of cupcakes, you could use the Place menu command or tool in Affinity Designer to place each one on a document at whatever size & location you want.
Thank you!!

Hi there Guys!!
I don't know if this is the correct forum, but I need to do something like the image attached, first: is it possible to do it in AD? If so, how can I do it? Any of you knows a tutorial? In my little experience as a designer, I think it has to be vectorized, then do a cliping or masking with texture... am I going in the right path?
I would much appreciate any help, comments or suggestion as how to do it.
Thank you so much!
Regards,
Jose A.

Good work! I usually cheat by using Inkscape to do the bitmap-to-vector conversion (something I hope future versions of Affinity Designer will add)... I've only tried to re-draw one from scratch by hand, so I give props to you.
I know nothing of Pikachu, so I can't comment on the accuracy, but I like how your design looks.
Thank you very much!!

Looks nice but I think you've made it a bit too dark in some places. For example, the middle "e" is hardly visible.
Also, some highlights - similar to those on the "Stranger Things" logotype - might look good too. I realise you're probably not trying to copy it but the dark and light parts go together to make the whole thing more complete.
No big issues, I just think a few tweaks here and there will make a big difference.Thank you very much for your comment!!! Yes the "e" is very dark...
big mistake. But thank you once again!

Websites consist of HTML for the structure/markup, CSS for the look/style, and possibly JavaScript for some dynamic functionality. What you do in your graphic design application is create a visual guideline so you know what the site is going to look like while you are working on the code in your preferred code editor. Except from exporting a few images for use on the website, AD has not much to do with getting a website online and functional. If you have no idea about coding whatsoever, and aren’t willing to learn it, it might be better if you hire someone who does. While there are applications that can output code out of graphic designs I wouldn’t recommend them for production sites. Any application is just a tool, and a tool can only be as good or useful as the person using it. And no tool can currently replace a real web developer (yet).
Thank you very much Stephan!! Will learn to program and code ;)

Hi there friends,
As a couple of you may know Im new to all this world of design and illustration. I´ve been using AD since I started, only use Illustrator for a couple of things that are not available (yet) in AD. I´ve been looking for this on the web, maybe I haven´t look for it well, but what better place to ask than in Affinity forums. The things is I have a web design. All my pages, or my one page web site. How do I put it on the web to work properly? I don´t know how to do it, can someone please help me.

Dear Friends and Community,
I´m doing an Illustrator course (never had a course for design in my life) and there is this tool, mesh tool,is there a similar tool in AD? or something to get the same "effect" or the same "finish" people say that with gradient, but it is not the same.
Thanks for your support,
Regards,
Jose A.
