[Changing brush size bug?]

We are aware of some issue with the cursors not displaying correctly, especially with pen and tablet, so hopefully we can get to sorting this soon :)

We are aware of the crash when passing a document between apps. This should be fixed in build 38 of Photo but will also require an updated version of Designer when we release it :)

The context toolbar for the Gradient tool is a known issue so hopefully we shall get this sorted. Are you able to expand on 'streaming in the background the HDRmerge is crashing', I;m not quite sure what you are referring to when you say streaming

[Focus panel in Development Persona is blank]

You've not done anything wrong here, the focus panel is simply not functional at the moment. I expect this will be updated during the course of the beta as it is on our list :)

[Problem with Sources View]

The sources panel is depended in the tool you have selected. As it only really works with the clone tool, the sources becomes blank if you switch tools, but should re-populate if you select the clone tool again

As MaxHecks has said this si still very much in the beta stage so we are still refining the app. However Affinity is able to do all the things that you describe. Are you able to provide any more information on the process you are attempting and what you are trying to achieve so we can help guide you through?

This seems to be when a colour has been pushed beyond the maximum saturation point, the the combination of the two make over 100%. This should probably not have any visual change at this point rather than desaturate

[Unnecessary behavior at selections]

We keep the selection to allow you to perform other actions to the same selection. Other selection types have a new option whilst the brush only has has add and subtract, so perhaps a new should be added to? Either way this is moreof a feature request than a bug so I;m going to move this into our feature request section

the image is placed at the native size for that image when you single click. If you select place, choose you image and then click and drag you can define the size the image is placed at

thanks for reporting this, we shall look into it. Can I ask what sort of layers you were adding? where the all different images or adjustment or live filter layers? was it a large or small image? Any information you can provide will help us work toward improving performance :)

The Erase blend mode should be for layers only and not included with the brushes so I'm going to say this is why it doesn't work!

[Lighting Filter - add, copy, remove etc..]

Hi all the remove crash is something we were aware of. this may be fixed already in build 38. As for adding lights, we only show the controls for one light at a time. to select a different light there is a numbered dropdown above the add, copy and remove buttons. So far I've not been able to get any of the light to be stuck

[Brush - selection. Reset.]

This is the intended behaviour if you open the brush manager from the brushes panel. At this point you are editing the fundamental brush tip and therefore changing the defaults. When edit a brush by clickiing on More on the context toolbar, you are editing a brush based on the brush tip (rather than the brush tip itself). When pressing reset this should revert the brush settings back to whatever the base brush tip is, but currently it seems like they have used the same logic for both instances instead.

The two gradient tool are slightly differently so the controls are not fully mirrored. I don't think it is a bad idea to add this into the gradient overlay tool though so I shall move this to our feature requests section

This is due to the slider being a slightly off on the Windows version. The presets are created on the Mac which does allow the slider to go up to 100%. I'll make sure this gets logged

Thanks for the feedback. The ESC key does work for some tools but not for all of them. I wouldn't really say this was a bug as such that it doesn't do it for all tools so I'm moving this to the feature request section

I have a felling this is due to the lack of us being able to read profiles from the camera like some other app can, so it might not be interpreting the DRO properly

Are you able to temporarily disable the setpoint software and try again with the mouse? There have been a couple reports of logitech software interfering with mouse messages sent to Affinity

[Navigator updated - Main screen not?]

I'm not able to get it your way round, Instead I'm getting the navigator failing to update whilst the main windows is. Can I ask which colour mode you are using and if you performed any operation to open the file eg HDR or a merge?
