Hi Jose The file you provided is in 32bit greyscale colour space which we do not support, we only do RGB 32. This is most likely confusing the app and causing the crash. I shall get this passed over to our development team to try and prevent the crash Cheers

Hi Mike I've put some plug ins (the nik collection) in the default folder and 1.5.2 beta 2 picked them up fine. is it a particular plug in you are trying to get it to display? I shall take it these plug ins appear if you navigate to their original folde rinstead of using the APB default? cheers

Hi Gasman Just a couple of things to check Are the image the same DPI? this is what usually results in an image being larger or smaller then expected The next thing, instead of using the perspective tool to try and resize the image, use the move tool. You can grab the handles around the image and resize it as you wish. The perspective tool is more for perspective then resizing. Make sure to turn on snapping to get an exact match with the main image. Once sized you can lock the layer by clicking on the padlock so it does not accidentally move Cheers

Hi All This is dues to the image using the DPI in the exif data instead of the one the user defined. It is a known issue. You are able to work around this by turning off embed metadata in the export options Cheers

Hi rolands Currently we only allow you to edit the description section of the EXIF data, this can be done on the EXIF panel by clicking in the description field. The ability to edit other EXIF elements may come in a future update Cheers

Hi janders98 Welcome to the forums We do some to be able to open more of the sigma x3f files than some of our competitors but I would not say we have full support in the app at this time. there are still some issues with colour casting and files from some cameras will not open. Unfortunately the only thing this is great with sigma files is their own software Cheers

Hi Manroe This is standard crop behaviour in a photo editor that mainly deals with whole images and layers instead of being more object orientated like a vector app. You can do a similar crop in Photo to individual items though. If you draw a rectangle shape out then on the layers panel move it over the thumbnail layer you want to crop it will create a vector mask (which is what the crop is in designer). You can the edit this mask using the transform controls to the size of crop you are after without it cropping the rest of the image. Cheers

HI Glenar I'm to paint black on a mask without any issue in 32bit, objects get fully knocked out by the mask. Are you able to provide any screenshots of what you are seeing? Thanks

Hi Nigel The betas are for those who have already bought the software so they can check fixes to issues they may have had as well as try out new features. If you want to try the software first then I would recommend getting the trial from the site. We are currently in the process of updating these to the latest version but they should be available soon

Hi myclay You can drag the studio panels to any area you wish by clicking on the name tab and dragging it. You can also double click on the tools toolbar to undock it. This position should be remembered until you change it, but we do not currently save individual layouts as workspaces

Hi Sharkey If there is something major and urgent that needs to be fixed then we do a small update mainly just for that issue. For fixes to minor issues we tend to wait untill we have a good number of them sorted before we push the update out, so the frequency largely relies on the severity of the issue.

Hi Peter I tried your files and nothing seemed to get cropped for me. How are you rotating the image, are you using Document > Rotate 90 degrees or are you using the crop tool or the rotate in the arrange menu?

Hi KiboOst You can project more than one layer but you have to do each one individually. You are able to merge layers whilst in projection though so of you add something it will keep it's relative position when it is 'unfolded'
