  1. On new document creation this setup is available: options are: embedded or linked. Can this option be saved ? It seems to revert back to "embedded" every time a new document is created. thanks for all your work on aPub :-)

    ID

    definitely ! 1+
  3. Thank you ! Very much appreciated all your hard work on this app.
  4. Hi, When I "apply" a master page to a document page, the margins of the master page aren't inherited. Not sure this is normal.
  5. Not sure, but is it possible to add columns to master pages ? Thanks.
  6. Would be nice to be able to do this (as it is possible to do in ID). Thanks.
  7. Thank you very much for the Publisher Beta. The mere fact that this app is out on beta now is a huge encouragement to me. It is the key piece of software I needed to transition to Affinity (and kick my dependency on Adobe).

    Affinity Publisher - Sneak Preview

hem, any news on APub ? Is there a beta link ? thx.
  10. I you have a good quality high-res, line-art bitmap then auto-trace works great and doesn't need much retouching. But its funny, I still think that Freehand had all the features and was one of the best vector packages ever. When it got killed by Adobe years ago, Illustrator unfortunately became the only option. Now I just hope, Designer will replace Illustrator some day. I have both but seem going back to AI (CS5) all the time.
  11. Still no auto-trace feature ? It's beginning to look like AD is not maturing fast enough to become a real replacement for AI. Just my 2cts.
  12. Thank's guy's ;-) your comments and video did it for me.... I just have to get used to the slightly different approach but all is looking very promising ;)
  13. Hi, I'm using the latest version of AD on a Mac and I cannot get three lines to connect to form a single line.. Have used the method described here but no joy. In Illustrator, the command "Path > Join" (cmd-J) does the job with one click. What am I doing wrong ? Thank's
