All affinity apps hangs when file picker is about to open (save as, open, export etc.). It started happening on newest macOS Catalina 10.15 Beta (19A512f). It happens both in Affinity Stable in Beta version of Photo and Designer.
The only way to get unsaved file was to find autosave and move it to another computer. The file was fine with the newest changes and I could continue working on iPad.
I reported it to Apple, but this bug occurs only in Affinity Apps, so I decided to post it here as well.
