I have a Mac Studio with M1 Ultra running Sonoma 14.1. When I try to add text (either artistic or frame) I get a white background around the text. The rest of the new text level is transparent. Your tutorial on using text shows a completely transparent level. It is surely something that is set wrong on my copy but there are too many options for me to figure out what I have to change, if it is something I did somewhere.
Version one still works fine!
