  1. Huh! - I live in 3d. Seems I´m lost in translation maybe - but right now I have no clue what you´re talking about. Any chance for a screenshot or something reliable?
  2. You have a special image there called curve - not sure if that is a PS mask or whatever. What works here is: Delete rectangle select 3 curves and Boolean add then rasterise image (curve layer) drag raster image to Curve to use as mask:
  3. Make sure the rectangle is under the shapes when subtracting - but you can subtract all at once.
  4. If you want to get rid of the white background I wonder if PixelPersona + Selection Brush tool are not easier. If you´re on macOS Preview can do it in a snap:
  5. It works as described. Make your donuts and call for expand stroke. It works as well with first to convert donuts to curves - then expand stroke - then Boolean add. No big deal:
  6. I wonder why the contour is lighter on south+north then east+west so to speak. Expand Stroke works on donuts as well. Are we talking about Affinity Designer?
  7. It seems your circles are already converted via "Expand Stroke" before you squeezed them into ellipses. Then just select all and call Boolean add:
  8. Have you tried New Layer->New Live Filter Layer->Blur->Motion Blur? Text remains editable.
  9. Not sure where the problem is. I´d select layer/s - rectangle select - copy - File - New from Clipboard. No? Just thinking loud.
  10. Size and dimensions are displayed in the Transform panel. To get a new image size I often resize via select-tool - copy - and go File->New from Clipboard. Cheers
  11. Not sure what you´re aiming for nor what PS is doing any better in that area or why you need any translucency at all. I believe you need to be more specific if you want to convince the dev-team. I´d say there´s a difference in every percentage step:
  12. It will work with closed curves to a certain degree. Same set up on open and closed curve: Cheers
  13. Try this at home: Versuch das mal bitte anstatt die Konturfarbe transparent zu stellen:
  14. When you´re not fixed to Wacom there are alternatives: https://www.storexppen.com/topic/14.html
  15. My iMac keyboard is labeled in another way: ctrl, alt ⌥,cmd ⌘. That explains my confusion I had with ^(ctrl). Nonetheless "ctrl" is occupied by zooming.
  16. I found an entry about the shift-key and ^(ctrl) in the German Help file at Transforming Objects. Never been sure what ^(ctrl) for Mac user means other than alt/option (⌥) probably?
  17. After hitting "Convert to curves" the Node tool is active automatically - then select the 2 points -> "Break Curve" - click 1 point hit cmd+A to select all connected pointsand drag away or delete.
