  1. I recently bought two Dell P2418HT Touchscreens and like them very much. While in MS Paint and other apps it's no problem to scribble with a capacitive stylus it's a little bit laggy in AD. Could this be improved somehow? Thanks in advance!
  2. I can't reproduce it. I'll report back if it should happen again. Thanks again!
  3. I get a high constant CPU load while AD is idling and a handful of files are open. I already restarted AD but the same happened again after a while.
  4. Hi Sean, no nothing special, in fact pretty cheap workstation hardware. ^^ I'll update this thread if the issue occurs again.
  5. It happens after renaming many slices, maybe 15 or so. And yes, it's not happening every time.
  6. AD is freezing after renaming several slices in the export persona. I have to manually kill the process.
  7. As the title says snapping to grid doesn't work when resizing artboards.
  8. Just wanted to report that everything's working great now. It's not crashing or lagging. Awesome!! Thanks!
  9. Zooming for example causes this issue, that's what I noticed. It looks like it's struggling to render everything but then it's not blurred anymore and continues to work as expected.
  10. I rather think that it's error code 0xE06D7363 Really hope for a fix ^^
  11. Affinity's constraints feature is great, but limited. I just stumbled upon something that would make our lives so much better: http://westonthayer.com/writing/2016/07/27/layout-experiments-in-adobe-illustrator/ It's even open source: https://github.com/WestonThayer/Bloks Please Affinity MAKE IT HAPPEN! EDIT: I just played around a bit and (although working with Illustrator again is a real pain when you are used to Affinity Designer) the principle of "Bloks" is pretty awesome. Unpolished and incomplete but awesome.
  12. Thanks, and also thanks for making a seperate thread. Should have done it myself.
  13. If you download the newest beta I guess AD will crash immediately after launching. Could you test that? I experienced the same.
  14. Also duplicated artboard have lost the slice for exporting I think I'll be going on using 1.5 for a little while. ^^
  15. At least some of the bugs make me laugh This happens when repeating a step (CTRL+J) BTW: The only reason I'm using this beta instead of the stable version is because I mainly design shops and having text align in the vertical middle is the best thing ever invented. I've been waiting for this for years. So thanks!
  16. Back on my home PC (where this beta is launching) I get another error. I also have to note that this beta is the most unstable ever. Don't know how this could happen but I wish you good luck making it stable again.
  17. When it's crashing theres nothing to shut, and the Send Crash Report dialog also doesn't appear.
  18. Thanks Sean, I already removed that folder several times. I don't use any special hardware, no graphic tablet or anything. There are too many running tasks to make a complete screenshot of the list, but again, nothing special. Outlook, Browser, Affinity. As I noted before, it might be something related to color profiles because the log stops there. On my home pc the beta works flawlessly and shows the complete log as expected. Attached is the log of the crashing one. I also tried to delete unused color profiles, but that didn't help. Log.txt
