Wow! A five lb. book to lug around!! Where were the geniuses at the DIGITAL company making DIGITAL products like DESIGNER and PHOTOs who authorized a physical ‘workbook’ without a companion digital version that WEIGHS NOTHING but a few electrons. im traveling Asia for four months on a bicycle and can’t be lugging the dumb book around. NO PDF? I have complete pdf’s for many apps. Complete manuals! Procedures! affinity has the most confusingly incomplete mess of customer support and logical approach to relating to the people who paid good money for a workbook that sits on the shelf..

I find it extremely odd that a digital company would resort to using a printed book which is extraordinarily wasteful and not very portable as a workbook. As with everything else they do it is backwards. Glaring oversight. Anybody who has that stupid book needs it on digital. None of us have enough time to waste by caring around a 5 pound book. It’s really a stupid oversight And indicative of their totally chaotic method of putting things together. Very disappointed yet again with affinity

Could Affinity have made updating and getting free content any more difficult?? please reform your 'personas' to more simple methods of work.. confusing and difficult to remember what is what while working. back and forth to tutorials constantly... odd layout. Excellent little program and ill love it when there is a useful library~storage and i don't have to go around hoops to save a file to photos.. awkward.

What about add ons? They are impossible to find. Not on splash screen.

it too me over one hour to figure out how update photos on my macbook pro/ there was no update info on the splash screen. no place to upgrade easily. i had to read tons of threads to get to where i could download AT THE MAC STORE!!! why make is so difficult to upgrade? please stay accessible. one hour to find where to upgrade is ridiculous. should be a place on your site to easily upgrade without this nonsense. getting disenchanted rapidly.

Has anyone noticed excessive noise after using filters?

I have an Affinity folder (desktop version) on my iCloud space. It is active and fine till I work on iPad Pro and try to export an image to Affinity folder in iCloud. The folder is greyed out and inactive. Any ideas?
