Hello Everyone, I've been battling this issue for a while now, and can't seem to have found a solution. The issue Im having is that I download templates from www.thatsdesignstore.com, and each file come is PSD format. It won't open in Affinity Photo or Affinity Designer. I keep getting the Is the "File could not be parsed" message each time.

Hello Everyone, Im fairly new to Affinity, but I am eager to master both AF Photo and AF Design. Please pardon my ignorance as I try to untangle my frustrations. :wacko: I've been searching the forums for quite sometime now, looking for a way to open a .PSD template file in Affinity Photo. This is the closest Ive gotten to a thread with a solution, but still no luck. I keep getting this error message.... "failed to open PSD file..... File could not be parsed" I tried a different template file, hoping that the last one was a just a bad file, but I kept getting the same error message over and over again. Is there something Im not doing correctly?
