Voici une interprétation de la couverture de l'album sous forme d'un wallpaper en HD (5120x2880) et ma petite “sculpture” !...

Hello, just here the pleasure of sharing graphic covers of 33LP vinyl covers of some of my favorite musicians in the form of high resolution wallpapers (5120 x 2800 px) saved in .PNG...

My very first project with Affinity Designer is an abstract picture. I learned a lot. I only missed the fill layer. What is the equivalent in Designer? In my project I have used a simple rectangle shape.

@Rhoda Thanks, Rhoda. I've done half a dozen versions and the one I posted was my first. We have rabbits as pets and that illustration was based on a photo I took years ago of one of our long-departed friends. I'll attach a few more versions.

A5 flier, all done in Designer and Photo apart from the  5 star logo and Chef along with Gary's image. Colour laser printed (20 A5's for double sided Perspex table flier holders)(3 A4's for notice boards) (1 A5 emailed as an attachment to the membership)
 

Latté anyone? Curious to see if I could realistically replicate latté-art. Created with Designer v2.3.1.

Today a different slogan, a different texture and a different font. I tried to imitate an old typewriter.

In both weight and width, variable fonts allow you to control those values beyond the presets, so if you think the bold is to bold and the semibold too thin, you can set the weight somewhere in the middle. But variable fonts allow you to control more things, such as optical sizing, the length of serifs.
 
Recursive Sans is a great example of what can be done: IT allows you to control weight, slant, "casualness" and "monospaceness"
