  1. Hey fehmann I couldn't quite follow what you are saying but you are correct.

I made a text box on Page 1 put some text in it via Copy Paste method then on a second page I made a second non linked text box and put in different text again using Copy Paste.

If I use the Document > Next Page or Document > Previous Page menu I can then select any word or selection of words using the Artistic Text Tool. This is the bug part now: Any other method of changing the page means I cannot select any text on the second page after having made a selection on the first page.

    This is the 1.70.58 beta.

Having to change tools or race the cursor up to the Document menu is not good.

Major disappointment to see that tables cannot be placed inside text frames and float with the content of these.

This seems to have wandered off into the tall grass, I just want to say that I would want this (tables) and the ability to anchor other elements to specific places in the text. Not worth buying without it.

I will also say I am so far impressed with the beta's limited set of tools.

    Hi @etageneuf

I think this may be down to the width of the text box the first time you type into it. I typed "Entreprise à Paris" and could only see a few letters at a time.

I then pressed the Enter key:

    et voilà!

I had the exact same experience. In my case just looking at the Enter key didn't do the job I had to press it, some days it doesn't pay to get up.
