I experience those crashes multiple times every day. Please fix this ASAP!
-
So it is also not possible in Designer for example to still save it as a v1 document?
-
If I install v2 on my computer, can I still collaborate with colleagues who use v1?
-
And it should be fixed in v1 as well since this is just a massive bug, not a feature update.

The app crashed regularily (not always) once I try to export. The crash happens on the folder selection (see screenshot). It just goes to the rotating rainbow ball and doesn't react to anything else. It is neither connected to any specific file nor to any specific folder. Though most of my folders are SharePoint folders.
- nope, once it crashed I can't select any folder or click any button to save.
- No, I have to force-quit the software, no error message or crash report.

Any update?
I have this problem constantly. -
-
This is just an example, in the actual projects there are dozens of Artboards with this bug.
-
I am not talking about the 1px thing.
I have artboards that are 1920x1080, but when I create slices the size of the slice is 2098x1258.
Attached a screenshot and a project file.

Just got an iPad and I am shocked to find this does not yet work 😱
-
Perfect, that worked. Thank you.

It's been almost a year and with multiple updates, but the problem still persists. This is not what I expect from a software that I need (and want to) use professionally.

Any update on this?
Still experiencing the same bug and it's making my workflow very difficult. -
Tried again after a complete fresh start this morning. Makes no difference. Still the only workaround is to go to "New View" for every document 2-4 times.
-
I just tried that workaround and that sadly did not work.
-
This is the one, yes. I don't have anything doing anything to the displayed resolution beyond the system settings afaik.

This was not yet solved with the 1.7.2 update, right?
-
Yes, with 1.7.2 I still have the same problem.
Restarting AD with the second monitor disconnected worked. So, it seems to be connected to this problem.
The second monitor is connected via an USB-C/Thunderbolt dongle.
Attached are screenshots of the Monitor settings and of my configuration of the AD UI.
You can also see how this problem appears with a newly created document. It also creates some weird artefacts in the background of the artboard. -
