@WilxSorry for missing your post - our data retention policy doesn't meet your listed requirements. However I have recreated a crash in TOC and have logged an issue about it. I can recreate a crash switching between document and book scope

One of those is related to OpenCL cn you try turning off hardware acceleration in performances / preferences lpease

try disabling font subsetting when generating the PDF's. If you could provide a sample document and any related fonts we can look into the issue in more detail

does the app appear to lock up at any point whilst you've been working on the book.

the book file has been corrupted - it is zero bytes in size! You will have to remake that I'm afraid. Do you store your files on a cloud drive such as Google Drive?

put the 12 documents and the book file up - if its a linked file issue it will open for me.

Its probably a problem with an embedded document. 2.1 beta has some improvements in this area. You can try that or upload the document here and we'll investigate

The disappearing window is a bug I've added your report to the issue

If you have an inbuilt graphics card sometimes disabling that may improve the performance. That has to be done via device manager

I think the spaces are coded into the software do you have the exact same version on both machines ?

the translations tend to lag behind the english versions slightly but they will catch up

This is an odd one certainly not seen any other similar reports. If you hold down the control key and select to "reset the studio" , then hit the clear button does that improve the situation when the app runs up ? The only other things I can think off are to uninstall/reinstall - you may well ahve done this already Try creating a new user profile and seeing if the app runs there

Can you recall changing anything around the time when the crash started occurring ? It maybe a screen layout chnage or installing a 3rd party piece of software? Can you create a a new file, add a pixel layer then switch to the develop persona ? A couple of other things to try :- Use the OpenGL option in perfromance, Display Disable Hardware acceleration

do you have the "Automatically adjust brightness" setting on the display enabled ? - we have had problems with that before

seems to be crashing drawing the UI - does it also occur with just the macbook display active?

should be a beta version in the near future which will hopefully address this issue

I think your one and only section has the include on export flag turned off - if you set that on the export will happen Do you recall altering that at all as by default it should be on ?

is your mouse moving onto a different monitor?

This comes up now and then but we've never been able to recreate it. Restarting the app typically puts everything back into a working state. If you can narrow down what seems to cause it we would be very interested to know
