  1. Its not that simple for me - got a crash report for that as well?
  2. When you do the drop is the frame actually highlighted as the drop target.
  3. I think the indesign layout is causing problems with our conversion.
  4. I can see a few problems - some may be down to that we cant support every Indesign feature but I think the 2 most problematic ones are that maybe the image file names themselves are causing a problem as they dont seem to get detected correctly. I'll log this has an issue as replacing them doesnt quite get the placement right either. The text is off in my document and I think most of this is down to not having an appropriate hyphenation dictionary at my end - I assume you do and have it configured in Publisher ?
  5. Do you have the required fonts also ? If you could upload the IDML file here we can investigate
  6. if it happens again I would be interested in getting a file
  7. those 2 appear to be related to the text tool - what type of operation are you doing when these crashes occur ? Is it related to a particular file ?
  8. @Komatös - could you upload the crashing version of the file here please
  9. The first crash appears to be related to metal acceleration - if you switch to another method does that resolve the issue
  10. Hard to say what's exactly going on - could you upload sample files here please
  11. We'd need the IDML file if you can supply it
  12. we'd need the file in question to investigate
  13. would it be possible to get a sample file and image
  14. The "Spread Setup" dialog should show the margin settings.
  15. we've made a lot of fixes in 1.9.1 and the current beta - are you still experiencing issues after updating ?
  16. We dont support tables over many pages (Spreads) - For any other issue I would a sample file to investigate.
  17. It loads for me so that points to a resource issue. I would suggest moving the files off of the google drive and relinking the images
