  4. the file will lock up for me when launching the resource manager. Could you upload some(all?) of the afdesign files and fonts here please.
  5. are you zoomed in far enough it doesnt draw when zoomed out
  6. The PDF has a trimbox and artbox specified which is not quite in line with the PDF X4 spec.

  11. Can you run Task manager, display the performance tab, expand so we can see CPU, Disk usage. Then take a screenshot of task manager when Publisher is going through this slow performance?
  12. Hopefully the 1.9.3 version may have fixed your problems. Please let us know if this is not the case

  15. So far I've been unable to recreate this - can you confirm the exact version numner of windows you are using please
  16. we have found an issue relating to tiff files - does your file use lots of those?
  17. could you share the afpub file and logo if its a seperate document
  18. The mouse wheel scroll rate is a Windows setting - check your mouse configuration in control panel
  19. I think this may be due to pixel aligment not being on a whole pixel so some extra anti-aliasing gets introduced. Ensure Force Pixel alignment, Move by whole pixels and snapping are enabled when moving the copy. I think that stops the extra bluriness in the case of copy and paste
