I can see that the image disappears at certain zoom levels - I'll have to pass this to a developer to investigate. The only thing i can think to suggest is using master pages to place the graphic which will be quite a bit of rework

Hi would need the original IDML file, the altered afpub file and maybe the images used in order to investigate. You can upload them here

It appears to be due to the HSL adjustment

I've logged that - might be a quirk of the pdf version number

I find exporting as PDF/X4 seems to be OK ( same as the source PDF)

If you have a file that you are getting the problem with please upload it here and I'll see if I can recreate it

I cant give an exact timescale although the file is opening in our next beta version so hopefully it's a fix waiting to be rolled out already

There's a known issue with copying groups -I've added this report to it

If you dont have a lot of custom presets / assets you could try doing a reset by running the app while holding down the control key. Then select as many of the reset options as you feel comfortable with. We've often seen ICC profiles causing issues too. Have you installed any new ones or changed settings around the time the trouble started ?

Has the program worked previously and suddenly stopped working or is this a new installation of the program ?

We have a fixed version of the publisher file. Can you remember the exact steps you took to get the designer data into publisher ?

I think you'll have to re-apply the correct font to the document. You may need to reset the font replacment table in Publisher. Run up the app while holding down the Control key. Select ONLY the 'Reset Font Replacments' option

possibly some effect causing rasterisation - Could you provide a sample file
