we have had instances of this where disabling show samples allows the operation to occur.
For importing text styles if you have some smaple documents that would help us investigate the issue -
I cant recreate this does it still apply in the latest build?
-

That's not easy - I have checked in the next beta to come out and the file is loading there so hopefully ii will be fixed in that and should be out soon

As a long shot you could try converting the embedded documents to linked ones - which doesnt look an easy task given the size of the document.
or relinking the documents manually -
I can actually open this file on windows and get a crash on mac (which apapears to be due to one of the embedded pdf's). I'll get this logged for further investigation.
As for linked files Publisher should look in a relative path to the afpub file (if it can). -
Using a mouse or a tablet?

Upload the files here
-
select Crash Reports in the left hand panel - You may have to click on the icon
-
crash reports can be found in the console app on mac
-
Thanks - I've recreated that and will log an issue

You can upload the file(s) here

Could you upload the files here please

HI, If you could create a package of the files you are experiencing the probllems with and upload them here we can investigate
-
we would need a copy of a PDF causing the issue to investigate
-
This is usually a problem with auto correct - you can try disabling that in preferences to confirm if that is indeed where the problem originates
-
hold down the control key when running up the application - select the option to reset window positions only
-
Issus has been logged - thanks for reporting
-
I would try replacing the graphic in the file and see if that fixes it

Pinning issue - once added svg unable to save changes
