Thanks - the subsetting issue still occurs in the latest beta unfortunately. Could you upload the crashing file here we should at least attempt to prevent that

I've not been able to recreate this - do you have any unusual scaling settings configured on the monitor?

I've recreated something similar and have raised a report for it

Seems to be related to metal acceleration according to that crash report Can you try turning off metal acceleration and see if it becomes more stable

Do you have a particular sample file we can use ?

assets are not really meant for saving other file types - basically for the sake of efficiency
