  1. Hi, This update can have many issues. Can you try looking through this link and seeing if helps to get it uninstalled. If you can then maybe reinstalling will work, I'm afraid this may be awkward to resolve.
  2. Could this be down to exporting to a file path/name which contains nonascii characters?
  3. If you can send us the microsoft .Net log files from your %temp% folder they might let us know what's causing the problem. It would imply that something other update is preventing the .net install working correctly. You could try downloading the latest and trying that :- https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=49982
  4. Hi Mike, Thanks for the log. It appears to be attempting to repair the Visual C++ redistributable. Perhaps you could try uninstalling the Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Reditributable and then run the 1.5.0.4 installer. Please send another log file if it fails after that.
  5. This is something we are aware off. You could try dragging the wmf into the document rather than placing
  6. Yes - we are having some issues with file paths which we'll hopefully sort out quickly.
  7. It should be possible, if some are giving you trouble please post them here and we will investigate
  8. Alfred can you confirm the folder name where the bmp resides please
  9. Hi Kuit, This is the correct place to post anything you find wrong. Thanks for that report we will get that sorted
  10. No, that is an Affinity Photo feature and the beta for that on Windows is still a little while away. You will hear when it is available.
  11. That looks fine then. Does your system have a large number of fonts? Do you have any crash reports in the following location :- %APPDTA%\Roaming\Serif\Affinity Designer\1.0 (Beta)\Crash Reports If so could you please post one for us to look at. Thanks
  12. JDHauger and euclid can you please confirm the location you installed the application to?
  13. Exif info is not being retained when using raw files as the source. It is however if the files are exported to Jpeg/Tiff then used for stitching. Issue logged to be looked into. Thanks for reporting
  14. I'm still getting some exif info in the stitched panorama using those 2 images and that's using the same version as you. Maybe you could copy the corresponding raw files here At an outside guess it may be worth ensuring that you have deleted the trial version and also when you run up Affinity Photo hold down the control key to do a full reset.
  15. Can you confirm the version of Affinity Photo you are currently using please
  16. Would it be possible to post a couple of the images and I'll investigate.
  17. When you export did you check that the 'embed metadata' option was checked. You should find it in the 'more' options dialog.
  18. In your file choose the middle line cap option (Butt Cap) from the stroke panel. Then the line will be the exact length you require.
  19. If you come via RAW then the file format will be 16 bit and you'll be seeing the crash I was getting. Change it to 8 bit ( Document, Colour Format ) before using the plugin.
  20. I get a very consistent crash with 16 bit images. 8 Bit is working fine for me - so long as its not cmyk
