Problem Downloading the Designer Software

Butch.Ferguson posted a topic in Pre-V2 Archive of Affinity on Desktop Questions (macOS and Windows)

I just purchased Affinity Designer for installation on a computer on which I already had the trial version. The software said it was installing, but it isn't on the computer. The trial version still works, but the actual app is nowhere to be found. What's up?
