[Lens flare options?]

I have a photo where I would like to insert a fairly realistic sun in the sky and sunrays / flares stretching into the image. Seems it is not very easy using affinity photo or designer. I have also tried some transparent pre-made patterns but they mostly look very fake and dont blend in very good at all. From what I remember using photoshop a while ago their flare generator worked quite good. 

 

Any ideas?

[cmyk 16 bit?]

I have imported a 16 bit Adobe RGB photo into affinity photo.

 

I would like to export it as 16 bit CMYK pdf. I can not seem to find this option in any of the settings on export.

 

And in Menu > Document > Colour format > There is only cmyk 8-bit...

 

Why?
