I had purchased Affinity version 1.4.3 Mac version updated in September 2016. Will I have to buy the latest version or will it be upgraded for free? If one has to pay for upgrade what will be the prices? If the upgrade is free how to update with latest version?

Looking at the new version window there is not option for upgrade it is just showing buying option for the same price I bought 1.4x version.

Hi Affinity Photo friends,

I am Inder Gopal a photographer from New Delhi, India. A few hours back I installed the SW and be figuring out how best to use it for my work. Through YouTube whatever I have seen of its working is great. I always felt Adobe RAW Converter should have had layers, easy selection tools, etc. but AP has given all of it in its RAW conversion architecture.

 

I do hope Plug-ins like NIK Efex Pro 4 besides others do get recognised by AP.

 

Use Frequency channel separation has been so simplified. I did try my hands using it.
