  1. Thanks / Merci, deleting mru.dat as described resolved the problem 😃
  2. Thanks very much! I had looked around but missed it. Will check that and try again.
  3. I have just noticed the above problem in up to date version of Affinity Designer but Affinity Photo is fine. I'm running Ventura 13.2.1 (22D68) Additionally I cannot find the option to set recent file count in System Preferences mentioned above. I'll follow this topic. Hopefully there is a way to resolve this soon.
  4. Thanks Walt. The default behaviour hoped for is that when one opens a contact sheet in Photo Mechanic this would result in all photo files that one would expect to be able to select to work with would be displayed as thumbnails and not as the .afphoto extension icon. It seems CameraBits are offering to help if Serif/Affinity can provide the info requested.
  5. I've just been looking on the Camera Bits forum about this too. The latest I could find is an offer from Camera Bits Support to address if: I think those other products (and the Finder) are using the "Quick Look" plugin. If the Affinity Photo folks will provide documentation for their format (at least enough to extract previews) then we'll try to support it.-Kirk It would be great to be able to see afphoto files on the contact sheet along with other thumbnails. What is the latest on this please? I searched but couldn't find anything... Regards
  6. Also looking for this functionality. Overall I'm very happy with Affinity products, but don't understand how the dev team have been able to ignore this, or bump off the roadmap, for so long. Clearly users are regularly looking for it.
