  1. Ok, thats understandable. The triangle was/ is aligned to the base of the square. I have brought up the middle of the triangle to the square and pressed add. The resulting shape is: http://imgur.com/rK6MmuZ I have ran out of posts as this is a new account (limitations on number of posts) so have sent you a private message MEB. .
  2. Ah thanks, I misunderstood. I followed MEBs advice of: convert the triangle to curves, add a new node to the base of the triangle and move it upwards so it ends up in the middle of the square. Then select both shapes and perform an Add boolean operation. However, my shape now looks like this: http://imgur.com/rK6MmuZ I want the top to be the same as the bottom
  3. Hi MEB, thanks for the quick reply. How do I perform an Add boolean operation?
  4. Hi, I'm having difficulties with combining two vector shapes together. I first joined a triangle (top) with a square (middle) using the 'combine' button. This went fine and I have now got this: first screen shot attached. However, when I try and join a second triangle to the bottom of the shape using 'combine' I get something that leaves the line between the triangle so is not really combined. See second screenshot. I'm really perplexed as to whats going on here. If somebody could help me it would be fantastic. Thank you
