Is there any plan to offer DICOM image support in Affinity. I am trying to wean myself away from Photoshop and Affinity Photo seems to have everything I need (and often a better user interface), but it does not seem to be able to open DICOM files. I do a lot of graphic arts in medical education and would love to be able to open clinical images directly, like you can in Photoshop.
