I cannot get files to load into Affinity Photo in the order in which they were taken. For example files if I load files 1, 2, 3,4, 5 they will come in randomly like 3, 1, 5, 2, 4 but never in proper sequence. What can I do to correct this issue or is it a problem with the program that no one else has seen fit to address. It is a considerable inconvenience to have to set them straight manually.
I am using AP 1.9.0 on a MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Early 2013), OS Catalina, 2.4 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7, Camera is Nikon D7100 with firmware updated to C 1.04, L 2.005.
Any suggestions on a solution would be appreciated.

I am new to Affinity Photo and am having trouble figuring out an error message that I get when attempting to quit the program. It states, "At least one file is currently being developed. Please complete or cancel before quitting." Seems straightforward enough but how do I know which file(s) it is talking about. I am not sure where my mistake in developing the files lies. If I load in 50 files do I have to search through them all individually to find the culprit(s)? What am I missing in the process of adjusting the files so as not to keep getting the message? As of now when I get the message I end up force quitting the program and getting on with the rest of my life. Frustrating.
Thanks for any help.

I was afraid of that. Must be an unimaginably complex task for the programmers. Oh well.
Thanks for the info, I'll quit worrying about until one day it just magically happens.
