  5. Hi @Eoin_Affinity, Welcome to the forums When the Affinity Photo 2 splash screen appears please double tap it and you will see a Clear User Data menu please tap the Reset button and let me know the results.
  6. Did you upgrade from Windows 10 to 11 or has this laptop always been Windows 11, also please check that the the option 'Choose where to get apps' in the Advance app setting in Windows is set to Anywhere
  7. Can you please try resetting Photo by holding down the Control key and the click the Photo icon and select Open, you will then be shown a Clear User Data screen please click the Clear Button and Photo will then open. please try the Pen tool again and let me know if you have the same crash.

  9. Your lines may not be touching each other please try selecting all the lines the in the Node tool use the Close button to connect the lines and the Vector Fill tool should now work.

Hi @KatD, Your crash report is only showing a Windows kernel error, can you please try right clicking the Designer or Photo icon and then from the menu select More>App Settings and then in the new windows click the Repair option in the reset category to check for any issues with the installed app

  13. I have not seen this before can you please confirm the type of physical keyboard that you are using.
  14. The recent files list in Finder is a smart folder that uses metadata from the files it may not be reading the last used file in our save files correctly and is not showing these files in the recent list, I will ask our QA team about this.

  17. I apologise for the delay in replying I have looked at your crash report and unfortunately they are only showing a general rasterization error message. Does you All in one have a discrete GPU apart from the Intel 630 Can you please try disconnecting your tablet to see if you get the same issue also please test with the renderer set to WARP
