Frustrated with Videos

eb2cool posted a topic in Pre-V2 Archive of Affinity on Desktop Questions (macOS and Windows)

I have attempted to run the instructional videos and I cannot not get them to consistently run. I tried with Safaria and Chrome and I get the sam results. Also, features that I would like to use are "grayed" out. These include InPaint and Levels.
