  1. Using Apple Mail I have sent two photos, one from Affinity and one from Affinity Photo V2 from iMac running Ventura 13.0.1 to iPad/iPhone/ iMac. The images bothopen on iMac but on iPhone or iPad only the image from Affinity will open. Not the image from Affinity Photo V2. However when I repeat this and send to a gmail address both images open. So why won't jpg images from Affinity Photo V2 from Mac Mail open on a device? Suggestions please will be most welcome.
  2. Is there anyway installing the perspective effect into Affinity for MAcOS? Or do I have to use it as a standalone?
  3. Hi Chris

I cannot seem to run the macros you prepared for luminosity masks.

I have uploaded into Macros. Then exported to library. Any suggestions please?

  4. I ma having problems with Affinity Publisher 1.7.2. Keeps crashing when saving as PDF file. However works fine in 1.7.1. I bought Publisher from Affinity store so have downloaded 1.7.1. which works fine. Sadly I updated Affinity photo from Mac App Store. This will now of course not work with publisher 1.7.1. Is there anyway to go backwards in Mac App Store? So brilliant having two apps linked as they were. Just a shame 1.7.2 publisher has so many glitches still.
  5. Thanks. All files are now linked and not embedded., having rasterised some. However still getting a crash when I try to save the booklet as a pdf or open in preview. I do get a warning saying that some feels re overlapping but I cab see that and actually that is what I want. It is mainly images which are overlapping slightly with each other at the corners when I rotate them little.
  6. Thanks for this. I have downloaded 1.7.1. onto laptop and will save /print from that. Kept 1.7.2 on iMac so I can work with Affinity photo which I ahem updated from App Store. I assume that you are working on the glitch and it will be resolved shortly!!!. Many thanks for your answer. I have uploaded files as requested. How do I know which files are causing the problems? How do I rasterise them? It is great to be able to work across Affinity publisher and Photo so seamlessly!! The option to print from pdf is not viable I need to pint a s booklet and can't get that to work.
  7. Thanks..this has worked fine. However as I bought, and have updated, Affinity photo from the Mac App Store...I can not now go from Publisher to Photo direct. Hopefully the glitch in 1.7.2 will soon be resolved. Many thanks for your help.
  8. I just realised this and have reposted in Publisher. Apologies.
  9. I am using Mac OS 10.14.5. Publisher 1.7.2 I have a 32 page magazine prepared. When I go to Print/document layout/booklet – the programme crashes. Tried it repeatedly. And the same thing happens. I actually want to save it as a pdf file rather than print, but it still crashes. I have tried a new document with less info in it and the same thing happens. Really frustrating as I need to get document sent to printers. When I tested on 1.7.1 it worked fine. September.afpub
