How do you convert a saved picture from Affinity to jpeg? My mac photo app does not recognize .afphoto I initially uploaded the jpeg photo onto Affinity but after editing, it doesn't allow me to save it as jpeg... Confused on why?

I took some pictures without a filter on my camera. Some of the pictures have bright sun spots in the them. How do I remove the spots without ruining the picture? Some of the spots are on the bodies or on the face of my subjects. I tried using the tool inpainting brush tool but it distorts the picture. Tips please?
