  1. I've just notified members of my daily newsletter, (not sure how many have downloaded the beta, but I do know several have.), those who have downloaded the beta will be happy to hear this. Many are graphic artists and designers.
  2. When will Affinity, like Illustrator, be able to open and work with existing PDF files? This is by way of a Bug Report/Feature Request.

List of fixes/improvements you'll find in this one are as follows: The link isn’t working, but copying and pasting the URL shown, takes me to the Beta download. When comparing the “current” download with the first one, the version number is the same, ie: 1.0.17344. No way to see a build number if that is different. Is there some way to check build numbers? Just to let you know… I support mostly graphic artists and videographers/DVD creators. I do “some” work in apps like Affinity. And I WILL be using it, but mostly I am encouraging some 85-plus of my Professional clients to sign up for this beta program and try it out and give you folks professional-level feedback. Every one of my clients who have been using Adobe products for many years are grumbling about Adobes subscription business plan, and are actively looking for professional-level substitutes that don’t have the Adobe logo on them. Hopefully, after I first downloaded the software and included the information in my daily email to my clients and the Hawaii User Group, you saw a bit of a bump in beta downloads!!! Bill
