Menu suddenly Chinese instead of English!?

I have Affinity Photo and Affinity Designer and am happy with those since a long time, but now the menu language suddenly has changed to Chinese, instead of English which I always had. My Mac has Swedish as its main menu language so only programs that don't have Swedish, I use English. After the latest upgrading of the OSx, the menu language of the Affinity programs changed by itself and I can't change it back. What should I do??
