  1. Yes? I thought it is. Sometimes you put more photos on the page which need (individual) croping.
  2. You are wrong @cyberhusky. QuarkXPress and InDesign have ALL these features except recording. So will Publisher, but not all of them in the first version.
  3. Why to work arround when in Designer works just fine? Why the same tool has different approach? Would "Crop" tool work third way in Publisher?
  4. Hi, is it possible to make "Crop" tool in Photo to work as in Designer? Not on whole page/Artboard, but on object only?
  5. I tried but I was lazy to type it. Also, all other combinations of th modifier keys.
  6. Hi, How can I deselect one layer in the Layers Palette when they are ALL selected? I tried with single click, with SHIFT + click, ALT + click... but it deselects ALL layers, instead.
  7. You don't need "select same fill" if you work ONLY with global colors. Changing global color will change ALL objects with that color. So, Affinity can remove standard color feature from their apps.
  8. Tables are planed for the new coming app -- Affinity Publisher. They are not planed (as I know) for Designer and Photo.
  9. Hi, blend modes can't be seen completelly (without scrolling) as in MacOS version even on the highest possible resolution. Sliding with mouse is not very good because of that. You can see the resolution of my screen in the signature.
  10. Yes, it is pretty clumsy. Every serious vendor send you a link, don't let you mess with searching and so.
  11. Maybe it is better idea global colors at application level not to be linked with all the documents that contain the same global color palette, but only to import these global colors to any new document. For example, QuarkXPress allows defining paragraph and style sheets on application level, but they are just imported in any new document and do not change the same style sheets in the other documents with same style names. It is grayed out when I want to convert standard color to global which is the purpose of "Make Global" option, as I suppose.
  12. Yes, I imported as an Application Palette because I wanted all global colors to be active in any new document. But, why it works in Colors palette and not in Swatches palette. Also, as you can see in the beggining of the video the "Make Global" option is grayed out when I want to convert standard color to global.
  13. Thanks guys. Great improvements with these Betas. Here are some problems: 1. can't find "Make Global" in Swatches Panel; 2. imported global colors form .affpalette file in the Swatches Palette work stangelly: a) If trying to "Edit fill..." to change the color from the Swatches Palette of the object filled with global color -- the color of the object does not changes. Only the icon of the color (and can not be undone); b) If trying to "Edit Global Color" to change the color from the Color Palette of the object filled with global color -- it works just fine.
  14. Hey, you spent 4 pages in this topic only for manuals? And there is much more in both apps to simplify, remove, improve...
  15. No, the Glyph Browser doesn't change the font and font style when you select glyph(s).
  16. Hi, thanks for the great upgrade. I really love what you add in, but I would like to ask for a litle improvement on the Glyph Bowser. Please, add the option in the browser to automatically recognize the selected font and font style instead of the default one (Arial).
  17. First of all, congratulations for the super update. It's really great! I found a bug in the UI style. When I started both apps I immediatelly turn on the Light UI style and then opened the Glyph Browser. But, I couldn't see the glyphs at all until I switched to dark UI and back to Light UI again.
