  1. Is there any time of the day when you are optimistic, with positive attitude, cheerful... BTW, I'm asking Affinity team (not Windows) to inform us on this forum about the progress.
  2. Hi, is it possible you can inform us by percentage about the progress of Publisher? Is it 70%, 80% ready or so?
  3. Hi, is it possible you can inform us by percentage about the progress of v. 1.7? Is it 70%, 80% ready or so?
  4. Hi, Is it possible some 4K TV sets which support 100% sRGB colors, to be used as pro monitors?
  5. But, as I suggested, they could be visually found very easy.
  6. My requests: 1. Master pages must have the same funcionality like those one in Quark. It means that you can select, edit, move, delete... them on the workout pages. If you don't want some of them to be editable, movable... it can be done on master page(s). 2. Paragraph and Character styles should work the same way like in InDesign. Characters attributes are part of the Paragraph Styles and can be, also, defined in Character Styles. Why is this so much important? If you have some words in a paragraph with local formating (bold, italic...) and you ALT click on a paragraph style, these local formating will be lost. If you create a character style with style "Bold" and all other attributes are left as "------" or "None", then whenever you change the font in paragraph style, the text formated with this character style will take the same font and ALT click on a paragraph style won't change it.. If you create a character style with font "Myriad Pro" and style "Bold" and all other attributes are left as "------" or "None", then whenever you change the font in paragraph style, the text formated with this character style will always be Myriad Pro Bold and ALT click on a paragraph style won't change it. Quark's Paragraph and Character styles are very confusing to work with.
  7. Hi, my opinion is that artboards must not be listed in Layer Panel (absolutely wrong because they are not layers), but they must have their own Artboard Layout Panel, simmilar to Quark's and InDesign's Page Layout Panel. Or even better, like in Freehand where the artboards were thrown out in a big area and could be repositioned freely. They could be easily found and selected this way, and when selected their layers could be shown in Layers Palete.
  8. Sorry, I don't understand. Would you be so kind and explain it to me in more details, please?
  9. Both instalations (Designer and Photo) weree extremlly slow. It took 10-15 min. each!!! Where we can find Dial support for Highlights/Shadows and Shapes? I opened both dialogs and they looked the same as in previous version(s).
  10. And maybe they can't see the full potential of this feature. Maybe in your training videos you should enumerate all fields of use for the appropriate feature(s).
  11. Maybe they are too complicated for some users? Maybe they are used to use something they learned long time ago?
  12. And maybe user definable angles? Something like this in Illustrator?
  13. So, if Affinity is preparing Designer for iPad, I suppose we will have to wait a little bit longer for Publisher because IMO they are working on all three versions of it -- Windows, OS and iPad.
  14. Yes, it will be stable because of its predecessors experience.
  15. Maybe we will get double surprise -- Publisher and v. 1.7?
  16. Yes, they MUST be ONLY global. Having global and static is just unnecessary and confusing. They ARE important everywhere, even more for illustration.
