Hello Meb, So I'm currently trying to convert my whole studio over to the Affinity suite including the Publisher Beta which I have been eagerly waiting for. It's proving difficult because some staff members are power users of Illustrator. The tasks that we are trying to accomplish is simple; align object B with object A without object A moving. We understand that everytime you want to do this, you can go to the Alignment button in the toolbar and configure first or last selected but this is very long-winded. Is there a way to select two objects, click the priority object and quickly align to that priority object? Many thanks,

Hi Matt, When I use PDF format it keeps the white background so I can't layer vectors up in Prezi. Thanks for the convertor idea, I don't know why I didn't think of that haha. Thanks!

Can you export vector files as SWF format? Im uploading files to Prezi and it only supports SWF or PDF file types, If I want to keep vector format. Thanks

How do you skew two points of an object inwards/outwards in Affinity Designer? I have attached an example I did in Photoshop. Its usually CMD + ALT + Shift. As another example I'm making a box into a cone shape haha. Cheers

I know this is probably going into the realms of InDesign for Affinity Designer, but can you add links to a document and render it out as a interactive PDF? If not its no problem, i'll just render it out as a jpeg and bring it into InDesign but i wanted to keep it all in-house haha. Thanks

How do I add perspective to text? I thought it would be as simple as converting it to an object and using the pen tool to skew it into position? I have attached an image. I just need to make the text flat on the surface. Any help would be great. Cheers

A client has asked me to create a 3mm bleed around an object and I was wondering if there was a simple way to do this in Affinity Designer? I have tried various methods in the past like adding a stoke, converting it to a shape and editing the edges that didn't go quite right but it feels wrong and laborious. So is there a way to create an equal 3mm or 5mm bleed around an object? Thanks.

Hello Guys, Just wondering if there is smart alignment function? It appears that snapping is not really good enough especially when I have multiple layers and objects. See example: I need the exact spacing between text and line tool object but its not snapping. I have tried multiple options on the snapping function too. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
