  1. @antonkudin Which version of macOS are you using? Are the files listed, various file formats or all the same? Have you tried clearing the list and then opening, editing, saving and some files and seeing if they all open from the Recent list?
  2. @Lisan Al Gaib This seems to be the same issue as posted in this other forum thread. A different workflow was suggested by @NotMyFault "so to add, separate both curve (Layer > Geometry > Separate Curves), then select all except the 4 inner circle segments, then add." As it is, the Shape Builder Tool is failing on those curve layers. I can log the file to be looked into, to see if the tool can be improved but I can't provide any ETA on when this will be.
  3. @fluffsicle06 Welcome to the forums. If you uncheck Wet Edges on the Brush Tool, this should make a difference. As it won't be building up the colour as you use the brush.
  4. @jimos87 In terms of center based on the overall page length of 337mm it would be 168.5mm. If you're measuring from top margin to bottom margin which is 331mm, the centre is 165.5mm. I've attached a sample file that's based on yours with a 3mm all round margin. I've then setup a centre guide and then one either side with 5mm difference. Are you printing these borderless edge to edge so the full 337mm or are you trimming to 331mm? Test.afpub
  5. @Iconnoclast Welcome to the forums. Can you provide some more information on the files you're stacking, what is the overall size of each set? Can you also confirm the spec of your system and during the stacking process try opening the Windows Task Manager to monitor your system resources.
  6. Hi @Rafael Barbarella The new document dialog should appear straight away, there's nothing really that can cause it to take time opening. If you have a lot of custom page presets or templates then perhaps this would slow it a little. I assuming it's also the same if you use File > New instead of the keyboard shortcut? Have you tried creating a new Admin user account in Windows, as a test? Which version of Windows are you running?
  7. @jonL Welcome to the forums. As it is the Assets studio in the iPad versions of the apps don't have the option to Show as List. This may be an option that's added in the future so that the individual asset names can be shown.
  8. @Richard141 Welcome to the forums. We'll need some more information to assist you in downloading and installing the 2.3 update. Are you downloading the update via the prompt within the app or from your Affinity Store account? Do you receive the error during the installation or when opening the app? Can you please take a screenshot of the message you receive.
  9. @castanie Welcome to the forums. I don't believe the brushes will work in the way you'd like and the only other way I can think of is to use separate brushes for each pattern. This should give you greater control over each one depending on what the use will be. You can always post in our Feedback and Suggestions section of the forum. It may be an improvement that gets added to a future version.
  10. @Trevor M Are you using a tablet, ifo so doe the same occur if you disconnect and use a mouse instead? Also out of interest, if you open the apps Settings > Performance. Is Hardware Acceleration enabled, if so try turning it off and restarting the app and trying to overlay brush again. Does it also occur if you open a non RAW image and then switch to the Develop persona and use the Overlay brush?
  11. @Gatada I've reproduced the issue and as @Hangman suggests, it relates to having an artboard setup. I've logged this with the developers to look into further.
  12. Hi @Frazer welcome to the forums. Excluding your existing file for a moment. Does this also occur if you start a new blank document and try placing an image? Where are the images stored/saved that you're placing? Can you also confirm the model iPad and version of iPadOS you're running. Also try doing a full restart of your iPad as this can resolves little issues. If it's only happening with your existing document, can you DM me a copy of the file so I can test it as well.
  13. @abra100pro Thanks for the feedback, this is logged with the developers to look in to as it relates to another issue.
  14. @Amcconkey Welcome to the forums. The EPS format is quite old and it's support for some features can be limited. Is one of those the original file you downloaded and imported into Designer? If not we could do with taking a look at the original first and then testing the export.
  15. @zkarj Thanks for your feedback. We are aware of an issue that affects some users, using macOS Sonoma. Where it takes a long time to open the file. This is logged with our developers to look into further and I'll add this report to it.
  16. @RafTurek It can depend on how the PSD file has been created/saved. But you should be able to open the .PSD file and change the colour. If you can provide a full UI screenshot of the file open in our app, I should be able to confirm for you. If the file is embedded within a document in our apps, double clicking it will open that file up in a seperate tab for you to apply adjustments to it. See this video on the difference between linking and embedding within Affinity Publisher.
  17. @DottorDivago I've tried a few different methods to recover the file, but so far nothing has worked. They may of been corrupted during the last save. Do you have a backup that you can revert to? See this FAQ article for more information on ~lock~ files, as these are a recently added feature.
  18. @Reeve26 We don't have those bundles/packs available to test but I suspect it's due to the amount being imported. We do have a similar issue logged with the developers already, so hopefully improvements to the process can be made.
  19. @stancisko Not something I can replicate on our test iPads using an Apple Pencil. Could you do a screen recording showing it occur on yours?
  20. @walt.farrell Thanks Walt, I've logged this to see if the links to the two .afphoto files can be added to the in app downloader. The store will download the files after closing that prompt and clicking again.
  21. @Mathis DESCOUT Can you do a screen recording showing your workflow from opening the .TIFF file? Have you also tried this same workflow with a TIFF file not exported out of Capture One, just in case?
  22. Not something I'm able to replicate here, it may be related to the asset/brush category itself. Have you tried exporting them out of the app to then reset the app to default settings?
  23. As our apps don't have an option to convert raster to vector, you have the Mesh and Perspective warp tools available. You can also use the Liquify persona to adjust your pixel based layers.
  24. As our apps use a third party RAW engine we have to wait until support is added. Once the update is released with new support, we can then incorporate this to our apps via one of our updates.
  25. @StudioJason It could be performance related, specifically memory/RAM usage. Any particular workflows/files that seem to cause an issue for you in general since the update? So we can try replicating them to try and narrow down a cause for the developers to take a look at.
