  1. Thanks for the report, I've added this to an existing report regarding the scale with object option.
  2. Hi @Rob94, Welcome to the forums. Please make sure your app is fully up to date (1.10.5) and that you don't have any AV or Firewall software running that may prevent the app from accessing our server.
  3. This may just be down to how the RAW engines are reading the image data. If the Develop personas assistant options aren't making any difference you'll just need to manually adjust the sliders.
  4. Can you open the apps Preferences > Performance and check to see if Hardware Acceleration is enabled, if so please disable and restart the app and try again.
  5. The same is happening for me, however there isn't anything that can be adjusted to change the way is which the SVG file is imported. The numbers would need to be deleted and created again.
  6. Welcome @Andre T to the forums.
  7. Hi @jb112345 Welcome to the forums. Please check the following FAQ to see if you have any of the third party apps installed as these are know to cause issues with our apps. Can you also check to see if they are any crash reports that correspond to when you're trying to open the app, see this FAQ for the crash report locations. Something else to check is the Windows Event Viewer, this may show information on what's happening when you're opening the app. it's also worth making sure Windows is also fully up to date as well as graphics drivers.
  8. It's not something I can seem to replicate on my Windows 11 system, can you expand some more on the issue by providing answers to the following. Which version of Windows and the app are you running? When opening multiple images are you using File > Open that opens them as individual panels across the top if the app? Is the app full screen or windowed? Do you run a multi monitor setup? Please try uploading the image again, try checking the file size, just in case or if possible a screen recording of this happening as it will also show your workflow.
  9. See this FAQ article on the location to check on your Time Machine backup to see if the files are backed up. If so you can restore them from there back to the main drive. Note: Difference in location based on which store app was purchased from.
  10. Just to confirm the workflow: Open image Apply a mask to a pixel layer Mask some areas of the pixel layer Using the Move Tool select the mask layer and increase in size Rendering issues should occur. In a quick test these steps don't replicate the issue as described for myself, with or without the mask layer being attached to the pixel layer. Have you tried this on a new image/document and not the one within the linked thread as that may have some other underlying issue?
  11. This is kind of done when you import an InDesign document file into Affinity, certain things are read and applied to the document data. But there isn't any files that can be imported into Affinity apps to just bring in your InDesign settings.
  12. Not something I'm seeing when I export your file out to PDF, which previewer are you using and on which OS? Also when exporting to PDF which preset are you selecting and are you changing any of the options?
  13. I'm not sure if this would be classed as a bug or by design, I'll see if I can get clarification of the developers to be sure. If it is a bug I'll create a report for it.
  14. This isn't so much a bug within the iPad version but a feature request to have the option added.
  15. Can you check the following FAQ article for advice on document/design based on user feedback to see if they help
  16. The crash report from 2022-01-11 I believe was closed due to it taking to long to open as it does reference watchdog which is part of iOS which can kill apps that are taking longer to load. Now this could be caused by having a lot of open documents within the app, so if you do it may be worth saving and closing some of them. The other other sent via message 2022-05-03, that one also references watchdog but also Apple Photos. Where any images being loaded or placed from Photos app, if so try moving them to cloud storage or a local folder within the iPads storage via the Files app and inserting from them from there instead. For us to log a bug with our developers to investigate we need to try to reproduce it on our iPads following a series of steps, this way the process can be deconstructed to narrow down/find the cause. Take a look at your workflow to see if this is possible otherwise we may not be able to reproduce the bug.
  17. If you can try turning OFF hardware acceleration within the apps Preferences > Performance to see if this has any effect. Also check and confirm the version of graphics drivers you're currently using. If any updates are available please download and install, again confirming the version numbers. Also have the Windows Task Manager open to see what else is running that may be causing an issue and to monitor the system resources usage. If the above fails can you provide a screen recording of the lag as it's not something I can reproduce on my Windows systems.
  18. @Soulartist Can you provide side by side comparisons of the same image open in AP and PS and the setup/settings applied in both apps including the Print window so I can also do the same tests on our systems.
  19. @jamk91 Welcome to the forums.
  20. @Leslie GatesWould you be able to provide a copy of the document for viewing? This will allow it to be checked to see why the images are moving.
  21. @unitizer The apps did experience some issues when Monterey was first released, see here for more information. However since the release of macOS 12.1 these have pretty much resolved themselves. Do you have any particular workflows that this occurs with to see if it can be reproduced on our M1 based systems?
  22. Thanks for letting us know, I've reproduced and logged the issue with our developers to look into further.
