  1. @sgrotehans I've locked your duplicate post in bugs to keep everything in this thread. Do you have a sample HIF file that you can provide that I can use to do some tests with?
  2. @wmaynard Welcome to the forums. I can't reproduce any crashes when trying the steps you included using any of the test files I have with indexes setup. If I provide a Dropbox upload link via DM would you be able to share the files you're using?

  4. @Artysan Welcome to the forums. With your objects selected, tap the Space Horizontal icon for example. The Auto button will show a highlight, tap this to then be able to use the Width slider.
  5. Hi @Graphical Chris It's not something I can currently reproduce in our V2 apps on Windows to log with the developers to look into further. Are there any other workflows/steps you do that may cause it to occur. Can you do a screen recording that shows it happening? It may not have any effect but it may be worth turning off Hardware Acceleration within the apps Settings > Performance and checking, just in case.
  6. @danBelle Welcome to the forums. If you're exporting your document out to PDF, on the Export options you have the option to rasterise everything (flatten). This will take away any editability of the PDF. You can also do it within Publisher before exporting, but it will take away the ability to edit/adjust any of the elements that make up your document. If you're referring to something else, please expand some more on what you're wanting to do.

  8. Hi @TaEs Welcome to the forums. We don't have a migration tool available. If you had installed our V2 apps on the same system as V1, on first opening you would get a prompt to migrate compatible settings etc from V1 to V2.
  9. @TazM Welcome to the forums. Just to confirm, if you don't have the monitor connected to your laptop and just use the laptops screen. Do the panels appear the correct size as our apps use Windows scaling options for our panels as they don't have any built in options to adjust. If this is the case, it's an issue we do have logged with our developers.
  10. @colintravellerWelcome to the forums. At what point during the astro stacking are you seeing your RAW files converted to JPEG? It may help if you provide a screenshot.
  11. @glenncheney If you do wish to uninstall the app from your system, the process is the same as most macOS apps. Open your Applications folder and click drag the apps icon to the Bin or right click the app icon and select Move to Bin. I then recommend restarting your system, once restarted you can then login to your account (depending on which store you purchased from) to download a fresh copy. It may also be worth checking to see if there are any crash reports that correspond to when the app closes for checking.
  12. @joe_l I'm checking with the developers to see if this is expected or a bug as the same occurs in some other apps.
  13. @teovallI've logged this with the developers to look into further. As I replicated the issue, I've included crash reports from my system.
  14. @MKeIt's worth rechecking your printer settings/properties, especially regards to print margins. The screenshot is with your file (from your other post) open on my system. It's set to print on A4 using the Booklet option. As a workaround have you tried exporting to PDF and then printing, some PDF viewer have more print options available that may help.
  15. @MKe I've been trying to reproduce this issue with two different printers (Canon & Samsung) on Windows. So far I haven't, any new custom paper size I create in the printer driver shows in our apps Print window.

  18. Take a look at my last screenshot. The range is set to Entire document, that's how it should be set to print all the pages as I did with your test document. If you select something on your page first then go File > Print and set the range to Selection, only the object you selected would be printed. Issues exporting to PDF are different, which is why we could do with a screen recording showing you exporting to PDF using File > Export and then opening the exported PDF to show the issue, if any.

  20. @Pensketch This is how the Selection option is designed to work. Try selecting a single object on your page first, then go File > Print and set the Range to Selection, only the object you selected will show. I wanted to check the document setup, just in case as you're also reporting issues exporting to PDF. The Print window/interface is provided by macOS so using the PDF option at the bottom isn't using our app to generate the PDF file. Can you do a screen recording (full screen) showing you using File > Export > PDF in Publisher so I can confirm the workflow. Also show opening the exported PDF in Preview or Acrobat (PDF viewer) showing the missing content. As your file printed fine to one of our printers and exported to PDF with no issues using File > Export. See screenshot of print settings (red highlight is due to difference in paper sizes)
  21. Take a screenshot of Settings > Performance so we can confirm your current settings. My quick test document didn't use any different styles. On applying various ones to the text, I'm still not seeing any issues. Can you provide a copy of your document? If not the full doc, can you copy an affected part to a new document and save to be checked?
  22. @Aurea Ratio Could you do a full screen recording showing your workflow. As when copy-pasting a symbol from a document to a new document, it shows in the Symbols panel for me on macOS and Windows using Designer 2.3.1
  23. @the guy with a techproblem I've setup a similar document but the text isn't showing any signs of blurring. Did you check the settings that @GarryP suggested as they relate to on screen rendering. Did you try changing the zoom level when this occurred? As this would cause the app to redraw the document at the new zoom level.
  24. @NotMyFaultCan you confirm which known issue you're referring to as I can then update the report with new information.
  25. @Pensketch Setting the Range to Selection requires an object to be selected on page for the Print preview to show what's selected. When exporting to PDF, are you using File > Export? as this should be a possible workaround. If you are, which default PDF preset are you selecting? Can you provide a copy of your .afpub file so I can take a look?
