  2. @dpostolacheI've been testing with your larger file and so far haven't had any of the issues you describe. In terms of the embedded files, when collected they account for around 18MB. As the others resources are linked, the issues may relate to them. Are they stored on a local internal drive or external? In terms of file sizes, what kind of size are you expecting the working file (.afpub) to be? Without knowing the history of the file it will be difficult to confirm. If may also be worth opening the apps Settings > Performance and if Hardware Acceleration is enabled, turn if off and then restart the app and just see if they improves your usage or not.
  3. @Diogo Mota Some of the .dmp files have reference to DirectX and OpenCL. If you open the apps Settings > Performance, is Hardware Acceleration turned ON? If so, disable it (OFF) and restart the app and see if it improves. If the issues continue, check to see if there are any updates for your graphics card drivers available to download and install. You may also want to try refreshing DirectX on your system. Have you noticed if this is occuring when using a particular tool or workflow?
  4. @Maxdanger I've created a new report with the developers for this, as I can't find an exact one for the earlier versions to update.
  5. @Iztok We do have a similar issue logged with the developers regarding panels remembering their position, I'll update the report to include yours.
  6. @Grim.Reaper If you can upload the crash reports as @walt.farrell suggested we can take a look to see if they narrow down a possible cause. Is it possible to provide a copy of one of your documents this happens with so I can do some tests using it? If it's a private document, you can DM me instead and I'll take a look.
  7. HI @faulknermano We don't have any API's available, but they are something that is being developed. Our developers don't want to provide any file specification at this time, but this may change in the future. I can ask the developers if it's something they're interested in. I also recommend posting the suggestion in the Feedback and Suggestions section of the forum as well.
  8. @bajuta Welcome to the forums. When exporting out, which PNG preset are you selecting/adjusting any of the options or tried a different format? Have you tried opening the exported PNG in any other apps apart from Apple Preview and Photos? If you can provide screenshots of the image in Photo V2 and when previewed as well.
  9. @MiniMarzipan I've done some quick testing with a Wacom Cintig Pro that we have using Affinity Photo V2 (2.4). My Wacom settings look the same as yours and this may be more of a Wacom related issue as I found this article on a Wacom's support site regarding some of the missing gesture options. From your list of expected gestures Two finger tap = Right Click....No Two finger Swipe Left/Right = Pan around the document....Yes Two finger Swipe Up/Down = Pan around the document....Yes Two finger Pinch = Zoom in/out....Yes Two finger Rotate = Rotate Canvas....No Two finger double tap = Smart zoom....No
  10. @Demonskunk I'm not getting any issues with your file so far when editing text or selecting different elements on the page. Obviously I don't have the linked resources or the font used, so these could be a possible cause. You could use File > Save As Package to then zip this up to send me in a DM I can have another try. It may be worth also checking to see if Hardware Acceleration is enabled within the apps Settings > Performance. If so, disable it and restart the app to see if that affects anything.
  11. @leolibbey I recommend opening the apps Settings > Performance and if Hardware Acceleration is enabled. Disable it and restart the app to see if this has any affect. Have you noticed if the crashes seem to occur when you're doing a particular workflow or tool/feature. You may also want to check to see if there are any updates available for your graphics card drivers, just in case.
  12. @Bob Terry Can you confirm your workflow for when the crashes occurred and which OS you're using. You may want to follow the steps in this FAQ article on getting a crash report from your system to also send in. It would also help if we can get a copy of your .afpub files being used, I can provide a Dropbox link for you to use via DM.
  13. @Ingmar The attached screenshot is from Adobe Acrobat, opening your Simpletest.pdf. Then using the Output preview option and setting the colour profile to Coated FOGRA-39 and sampling the colour from both show the same CMYK values. Can you provide a screenshot of how pdf-XChange is showing the same file? Did your printer provide any other information or references to the issue?

  15. @NeilK You should be getting a prompt as the app checks for an update when opening. It could suggest it's being prevented from connecting to our servers, might be worth checking your AV/Firewall software to see if our apps are allowed. Even if they are, if may be worth removing and adding them again in the AV/Firewall apps.
  16. @tycho5ive I don't currently have OneDrive setup to test with, which is something I can do once back in the office. I did a similar test using iCloud and got a similar result when trying to update the resource on iPad. Once I closed the doc and reopened the resource did update.
  17. @sgrotehans I've locked your duplicate post in bugs to keep everything in this thread. Do you have a sample HIF file that you can provide that I can use to do some tests with?
  18. @wmaynard Welcome to the forums. I can't reproduce any crashes when trying the steps you included using any of the test files I have with indexes setup. If I provide a Dropbox upload link via DM would you be able to share the files you're using?
  19. Thanks @giardinetto I'm getting the same issue so I've logged it with our developers to look into further.
  20. @Artysan Welcome to the forums. With your objects selected, tap the Space Horizontal icon for example. The Auto button will show a highlight, tap this to then be able to use the Width slider.
  21. Hi @Graphical Chris It's not something I can currently reproduce in our V2 apps on Windows to log with the developers to look into further. Are there any other workflows/steps you do that may cause it to occur. Can you do a screen recording that shows it happening? It may not have any effect but it may be worth turning off Hardware Acceleration within the apps Settings > Performance and checking, just in case.
