  1. Lots of potential! Certainly very eye catching, regarding your question, are you looking for the convert to curves function?
  2. Very impressive! I think the glass in the helmet works really well, I love the line weight as well, great job.
  3. Interesting. Personally though I wouldn't consider the bake function to be "refine", more like commit. You lose the functionality of the corner tool once the effect is baked so in one way lose the ability to refine.
  4. I think this threads run its course, good points jackamus.
  5. Deeds, you really need to consider how you come across to other people, your virtual social skills are appalling, writing long winded posts is a futile exercise, nobody considers your points to be rational anymore. It seems you're unable to accept the possibility you may be wrong! Perhaps in real life you're an ok kind of guy, perhaps not, but one things for sure, nobody wants to be labelled a troll. Perhaps say your sorry then we can move on.
  6. I just think you need to lighten up man, why so serious?
  7. Alternatively you could start with the chicken shape, convert to a path then....no wait, start with an egg shape then...oh nevermind
  8. What a lovely to this image, a great conversion from sketch to vectors.
  9. Great stuff, I think number 6 is my favourite, my only crit would be number 18, I think the drop shadow makes it look cheap.
  10. To say the price is a bit ridiculous makes no sense whatsoever. Try to consider what your getting for your money. Deeply satisfied.
  11. Thanks George, looking forward to seeing more eejits!
  12. Yeah maybe! Or maybe more like a non-linear deformer with a 2d cage, the cage being offset by the noise variables. More interactive that way.
  13. Interesting indeed. I guess this might be something I should research in depth, the key is to know your market inside out, I might even dust off the 3d software to see how my designs translate into 3d. There is a vinyl graphic company just down the road from me, I might pay them a visit...
  14. Agreed! If there could be one carry over from 3d software, for me it would be Rhinos snapping functions, the best there is in my opinion. Perhaps the ability to distort shapes using noise deformers as well would be great.
  15. I think anything that could be classed as an advanced shape would pretty much break history anyway, it has some uses if you are creating parametric type objects but for anything else its limited. Although some 3d software has robust history, advanced modelers such as modo have no concept of history and they not exactly lacking. I think there may be some use for history but to me it just seems like overkill for 2d vectors. Of course I reserve the right to be utterly wrong!
  16. Cheers guys, @penwiper, thank you for your opinion of this image. I agree the mouth is a little strange, to me it looks like a huge bottom lip that comes over the top, however with a beard it does create a more traditional looking mouth. I think I was just trying to create something unique looking( which seems to be really hard!!) @peter, I was unaware of this type of car sticker, certainly food for thought. @GRScott, Cheers matey!
