[Sharing to Facebook]

I'm using the share method in Affinity Photo and Designer....

I have a Question,

When Sharing to FaceBook through Affinity Designer or Affinity Photo my images are small third the size?? 
But exporting then posting works fine.... 

Any ideas?

It worked.. Thank you very much.. Much happier now... LOL...

But when I do this they disappear altogether. I try to toggle them via View menu and nothing happens they don't show up..

Had to reset AD because I lost these. Now does anyone remember how to detach (Floating) these two tool bars? 
"ToolBar" and "Context toolbar"

How do I lock source file from copy and paste?
