  1. YAY! Success!!!! Thank you sooo much I think it was the deactivate app cache setting that did it or something but either way thank you thank you! I'm back in V2 let's gooo
  2. Thank you soo much for your help as well V1 is working ok except for random crashing but v2 still not loading. At least I can get some work done which is good (glass half full and all of that haha). Hoping they will be able to help further
  3. Yes that's what I meant studio presets. Strange thing is though when I would save one on reload it wouldn't be loaded. I would select it and AP would crash. Users suggested clearing the cache which I tried with the same results. Maybe after this fresh install it will work (fingers crossed)
  4. Oh awesome I wasn't aware they could run side by side. Setting up now. For the preset stuff, I mean when you setup your toolbars etc. how you like them and then save it as a "theme" of sorts. I can't remember the terminology at the moment but I thought they were called Presets or something.
  5. Ok I will give it a shot. Had to revert back to V1 to do some editing and will reinstall V2 and try again later. I'm also having an issue in V2 where my presets are not saving so I keep having to redo my layout. I gave up and just accepted the default but really miss that feature saving from V1.
  6. I recently upgraded to v2 of Affinity Photo and things were working ok but now can't login to activate. Things I have done based on reading in the form so far: Verified login email and password are correct Checked only one instance is running. Restarted computer Uninstalled and reinstalled AP V2 Right clicked on signin page and ran the check connectivity Opened while holding down CTRL and cleared cache Running Windows 11. Nothing is working and cannot login. All other apps, web pages etc. are running normally.
