Affinity Publisher 2 crashes when duplicating a page added from a file after changing the facing pages setting.
Steps to reproduce:
- Open Affinity Publisher 2
- File->New->Create
- File->Save As
- Name the file "Document 1"
- File->New
- Pages
- Uncheck "Facing pages"
- Create
- Document->Add Pages from File
- Select "Document 1"
- Open
- OK
- File->Document Setup->Model
- Check "Facing pages"
- OK
- Select page 2 in the pages panel
- Click the "Duplicate Selected Pages" button in the pages panel
- Affinity Publisher 2 crashes

This crash happens whether hardware acceleration is enabled or not

Looking at it with a hex editor, it contains at least my computer name and my Windows username (which is my real name). It could also contain information from any documents that were open in the app at the time it crashed or that were previously open since the app was started.
