I never configured that outline on that text, as other many things appearing as by magic with this s.oftware. I don't like this at all. I think I tried enough. 3 months. 3 times painful. I followed two differents online course, both incomplete, because the teachers don't know much more about it, they just sell "online courses"... I can try another one, but don't my lifetime and my money worth more that that? Finally I can pay for Adobe to get free of those useless headaches! I see clearly a difference, and when I export to my Publishing Director, he sees the same in the PDF I export. I am on a Mac yes.

yes, the font is like "light" font in the second column and it's not set up like this.

Ok I hear you but here is another bug... Two columns with text linked, and it appears differently in the second column, but all setting are the same. I tried to fix this with the way you showed me previously (DPI change) but nothing changes. Is this another "well-known bug"?

Thank you guys for great help! I'll let another chance to Affinity Publisher before throwing it to garbage forever, but it is really not easy, and I lost so many time with it since those few months I use it. I try again next month. Hope I will find ways to go faster with it.

Last time for me with this one, but I have to finish this work first with it. and try to get refund. Please tell me how I can change the DPI please, i don't find a way. I go to File >> Document Setup and??? where to go? Please help, I have to finish today for printing dates. and another question is ... why each time I try to use in-built help tool, I never find what I look for!? Why do you use this software if it has so many bugs then?

Hello, I used to create my magazine with Adobe InDesign, and I have been trying Affinity Publisher 2 since few months, and I don't know if I will continue, because there too many problems that are impossible to correct. For example, this page with 2 columns. I have 9pt text and despite me, when I put text in the second colum, it gets a size of 1,1pt. See picture 1 below. And when I change the size back to 9pt manually, I get big 75pt caracters appearing in my previous text!? See picture 2 below That's not the only bug I encounter with this software, but this is the worth. Please somebody can help?
