Hi, I'm from Spain but I was living in UK 3 years, in that time I bought the affinity designer (after tried it in beta) in the UK App Store, now I moved back to Spain and my surprise was when I try to install affinity designer in my macbook again, I wasn't able to do that... because I'm in the Spain App Store now, my question is "I need to buy it again?" I thinks is not right, you as a company should be care of your customers, I'm thinking to buy affinity photo too and move all my workflow to affinity even with publisher in the future, but this kind of thing make me think if it is the right choice, not for the software (who is great!) but for the support and the customer service. I don´t have even a mail to send this query, from the Serif official page they sent me here, to put my questions in a forum... ridiculous.
