I click on export, the application exits

Thank you for your suggestion. I have tried it, and reset everything, but unfortunately, the application still closes when clicking on export. -
Affinity Designer, when I click on export, the application exits without any error message. I reinstalled it several times but nothing changed. Anyone else experience this error? Please suggest a solution.
