[Affinity Photo no longer shows the UI after update 2.3.1]

Is this new behaviour? I would not expect it to hide the window decoration.

[Affinity Photo no longer shows the UI after update 2.3.1]

After updating Affinity Photo to version 2.3.1, it no longer shows any UI in the main window, not even any window decorations (title bar, close/minimise/zoom button, etc.) 

The 'new document' dialog does pop up, if I close it then all I get is a large gray rectangle on my screen. If I create a new document, then I get a grey rectangle with a white rectangle inside it.  No UI elements are shown at all. (see attached screen recording).

Computer specs: 

• Apple MacBook Pro M1 Max
• 64 GB RAM
• macOS Sonoma 14.3
